Our Aftercare

We know that the days and weeks following the loss of a loved one can be challenging, but you do not have to face the journey through grief alone. KC Bergstrom is our compassionate, dedicated Aftercare Coordinator. We encourage you to seek out her valuable guidance along the way. KC listens, suggests methods for coping, and provides helpful resources. In addition, she hosts several grief care gatherings and events throughout the year to offer those who are grieving a chance to talk about their journey, receive support, and feel less alone. Please get in touch with us today to learn more about our events and resources.

For additional grief support and guidance on all that follows the death of a loved one, please visit our Everything After and Brighter Mornings page.

Service of Memory and Hope

The Service of Memory and Hope gives those grieving a chance to remember and celebrate loved ones. The event is open to all, and participants have the opportunity to honor their loved ones with an ornament on a tree of remembrance. Personalize an ornament or bring your own to hang on the tree. Held yearly in November.

Children’s Tour

We offer an age-appropriate children’s tour for families with children who have experienced loss or have questions around the funeral process.

Understanding Your Grief

This is a series with KC Bergstrom to help you better understand the complex feelings after a loved one dies. The series is held twice a year. Please contact our funeral home for dates and times.
