Robert J. Newhouse, age 78 of Clinton Twp. passed away August 30, 2014 at Shelby Nursing Center. He was born October 7, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan. Beloved husband of the late Janet. Dear brother of Nellie Elzerman. Dear uncle of Ronald Mary Elzerman, Beverly John Ouwinga and James Carolyn Elzerman. Also survived by many precious great nieces and nephews and two special cousins Barbara and Marilyn. Funeral service 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Rd. 3 blks. E. of Van Dyke Utica. Visitation Tuesday 10:30 a.m. until time of service. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials suggested to McLaren Hospice.
