Robert Bliss

Robert J. Bliss, age 95, a resident of Warren, formerly a 49-year resident of Royal Oak, died May 23, 2011 in Sterling Heights. He was born August 13, 1915 in Geneva, IN to the late Alvin and Grace Bliss. He is survived by his wife of 74½ years, Dorothy Bliss; children, Larry Val Bliss, Elwood Fifi Bliss and Sandra Wallace Wicklund; sister, Aileen Chapman of St. Petersburg, FL; 10 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. The visitation will be Thursday 1 p.m. until the time of the service 4 p.m., with the Rev. Charles Sonquist officiating, at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blks.
