Richard Kristopik

Richard Kristopik, age 86, of Royal Oak, passed away peacefully at the American House Assisted Living in Royal Oak on December 8, 2013. He was the proud father of Michael L. Kathy Kristopik, Karen Borradaile and Kathryn Gallaher. Loving grandfather of 5 and great grandfather of 1. Dear brother of Jeannette Ryniak, Robert Mary Ann Kristopik and the late Irene McAuley. Richard was born in Royal Oak to Alex and Caroline Kristopik on April 12, 1927. He was a World War II Veteran of the U.S. Navy and loved to share his many war stories with friends and family. He worked for 21 years as an inspector for the City of Troy, Department of Public Works. In his free time he loved to listen to classical music. Funeral services will be private.
