Patricia Stange

Patricia Stange, age 84, of Chelsea, died September 26, 2013.
Patricia was a graduate of Wayne State University. She taught at Tyler Avery Elementary School in Berkley for 23 years. She volunteered, 4000 hours, at Chelsea Hospital doing crafts with the brain pain patients. She loved golfing and traveling to her cottage in Traverse City. She also enjoyed playing Bridge and Bunco with her friends in Chelsea, and working out at the Chelsea Wellness Center. Beloved wife of the late Edward. Loving mother of Mark Patricia, Lynn Nan, Michael Robin, Marshall Lorri, Leslie David Harwood and the late Leigh Dobek. Dear mother-in-law of Tom Dobek. Proud grandmother of Brandon, Katie Adam Pearsall, Christopher, Elisabeth, Beau, Benjamin, Adam, Chelsea, Nicole, Mary, Margaret and Emily; and soon to arrive great-grandchild Annaleigh. Loving companion of Lowell Cate. Former mother-in-law of Patti Darragh Stange. Visitation Sunday 2-8 p.m. and Monday 3-8 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Rd. 4 blks.
