Survived by Sisters Phyllis Rize and Patricia Kronnemann and is predeceased by his brother Bill VanCleve. Retired from GM as a quality inspector engineer. Norman served as a Deacon at Metro Church of Christ for many years. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing.
