Karen Zatsick

Karen F. Zatsick, age 69, a long time resident of Ferndale, died December 21, 2012 at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. She was born February 14, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Mary Jean Couture. Karen loved country music, dancing, demolition derby, motor cycle racing and having fun! She loved her family and many friends. She was the beloved wife of Jerry Wayne Whittie; loving mother of Wendy Richard Hill; sister of Earl J. Marcia Madary; proud grandmother of Patrick, Sharla, Cody, Ryan, Cory, Tracie and Cody; and great grandmother of Kayla, Cory Jr., Dalton, Cadin and Bryant. The visitation will be Wednesday 2 p.m. until the time of the service 7 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blks.
