Jason M. Felosak, age 39 of Shelby Twp. passed away suddenly on September 29, 2012 at Wm. Beaumont Hospital, Troy. Beloved husband of Cara Reinhart Felosak. Loving father of Evan and Brayden. Dear son of Deanna & Frank Felosak. Dear son in law of Leslie and Bruce Reinhart. Dear brother of the late Jeremy Felosak. Dear grandson of Dean Shirley Batchelder.
