Henry III

Henry G. Scott III, age 73, a resident of Berkley, formerly a 27-year resident of Huntington Woods, passed away February 25, 2014 at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. He was born April 18, 1940 in Detroit to the late Henry Jr. and Helen Scott. Mr. Scott was the 1998 Huntington Woods Citizen of the Year. He also was an active leader in the Boy Scouts of America. He was the beloved husband of Mary Scott; loving father of Jason Scott; dear brother of David Sandy Scott, Roger Scott, Brian Scott, Lauren Gene Timmer, Randy Vickie Scott, Richard Barbara Scott and Gina Michael Difilippo; and proud uncle of 20 nieces and nephews. A memorial visitation will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of memorial service 1 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blocks E of Woodward, Royal Oak.
