Van Jaarsveld, Harriet Elaine,
Age 86, resident of Sterling Heights. She passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Sunrise of Shelby Township. Beloved wife of the late Norman whom she married at the Utica United Methodist Church in Utica, Michigan. Loving father of Julie Keith Camps and the late Bonnie Bill Eldridge. Proud grandmother of six and ten great grandchildren. Harriet enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, and spent many weekends with her loving husband Norman at their cottage on Saginaw Bay. She supported a number of charities through her active involvement in the Utica United Methodist Church Womens' Society. She had a number of dear friends with whom she had many fun outings with at plays, musicals, and dances. She impacted many lives through her generosity and love. Family will receive friends at the Wm Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road 3 blks.
