George E. Morgan Jr., age 96, of Royal Oak, passed away August 31, 2014.
He was the beloved husband of the late Harriet; loving father of William and George; dear brother of Walt and Betty Ann Joyce; and proud grandfather of Penny and Jake. Mr. Morgan was a World War II U.S. Army veteran who served in the European Campaign. He also was a retired engineer from Michigan Bell. The visitation will be Tuesday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service 3 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Road 4 blocks E of Woodward, Royal Oak.
