Georganna Dembroski

Georganna Dembroski, age 85, a resident of Royal Oak since 1952, formerly of Detroit, died April 19, 2011 at River Bend Assisted Living in East China Township, MI. She was born August 21, 1925 in Harbor Springs, MI. Mrs. Dembroski retired in 1976 from Champion Spark Plug after 25 years of service. She is survived by her children, Richard Linda Dembroski of Las Vegas, NV and Mary Ann Daniel Carrico of Marine City, MI; siblings, Helen Hoover of Carp Lake, MI, William Nita Smith of Muskegon, MI and Leo Barbara Smith of Harbor Springs, MI; grandchildren, Carrie Bissett, Richard W. Dembroski and David Carrico; and great grandchildren, Stephanie, Samantha and Abigail. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard D. Dembroski, on October 15, 1996; the couple married October 4, 1947 in Detroit. A memorial service will be held in June 2011. Memorials to the donor's choice of charity appreciated.
