Dorothy Bliss

Dorothy E. Bliss, age 94, a resident of Warren, formerly a 49-year resident of Royal Oak, died June 18, 2012 in Troy. She was born June 24, 1917 in Attica, OH to the late Orloy and Edith Sponseller. She is survived by her children, Larry Val Bliss, Elwood Fifi Bliss and Sandra Wallace Wicklund; 10 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 74½ years, Robert Bliss. The visitation will be Saturday 1 p.m. until the time of the service 4 p.m., with the Rev. John Hice officiating, at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. The burial will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Bloom Township, Ohio.
