Nuspel, Cynthia L. Age 61. June 27, 2008. Beloved wife of Frank S. Loving mother of Susan Ken Kozlowski, Frank M. and Craig T. Daughter-in-law of Ethel Nuspel. Sister-in-law of Bob Nuspel and Kathleen Tom Muntter. Also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and other family members.
