REMER, D.V.M., CARLTON W., age 94, June 21, 2010 of Shelby Twp. Beloved husband of the late Gertrude. Dear father of Carol Remer-Smith, Robert Nancy Remer, Nancy Marcus Pera, Richard Patricia Remer, Linda Thomas Ross, Diane Remer-Thamert, David Janice Remer, Dale Diane Remer and the late James Remer. Father in law of Rose Remer. Loving grandfather of 20 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Pre-deceased by grandson Todd Remer. Dear brother of the late Paul Remer and Esther Besancon. Friends may call at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Rd., 3 blks. E. of Van Dyke Utica from 5-9PM Wednesday and 2-9PM Thursday. Dr. Remer will lie in state on Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 45160 Van Dyke, Utica from 10:30 AM until 11:00 AM time of Service. Interment Utica Cemetery. Memorials suggested to The Todd Remer Scholarship Fund at Trinity.
