Beatrice C. Stefanski, 92, Lenexa, KS died July 11, 2014 at Homestead of Lenexa. The Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, July 15, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 13615 W. 92nd, Lenexa, KS. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Porter Funeral Home, 8535 Monrovia, Lenexa, KS with the Rosary being recited at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Asera Care.
Bea was born on July 15, 1921 in Detroit, MI and had lived in Japan, San Antonio, Texas,
Aurora, Colorado, and Daytona Beach, Florida before moving to the Kansas City area in 1998. She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Olathe, KS and had been attending Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Lenexa, KS. Bea was a member of the Daughter's of Isabella and the Senior Companions. She was a devout Catholic and was passionate about praying daily for her family and found great strength in her relationship with her Lord. She is survived by 6 children and their spouses, Marilyn Jackson, Denver, CO, Robert Stefanski, Englewood, CO, Donna and Jim Berg, Richmond, MI, Denise and Ron Hetherington, Highlands Ranch, CO, Dennis and Becky Stefanski, Flower Mound, TX, Cindy and John Eaton, Overland Park, KS, 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, a great great grandson and numerous loving nieces, nephews and cousins
