Beatrice Haffey

Beatrice Mary Haffey, age 83, of Royal Oak, died August 22, 2013.
Mrs. Haffey enjoyed everything from hanging drywall and laying bricks to crocheting and cooking. She was an avid gardener who enjoyed sitting on her deck looking at her yard. She was a 60-year member of the National Shrine of the Little Flower and also sold Amway for many years. She was a wonderful wife and mother, who was always smiling, happy and singing. Beloved wife of Kenneth for 60 years. Loving mother of Deborah Paul Szilagyi, Joseph Sandee, Amy Tom Griffin, Richard and Christopher Alicia. Proud grandmother of Christopher, Jacob and Aaron. Mrs. Haffey will lie in state Monday 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass 10 a.m. at the National Shrine of the Little Flower, Royal Oak.
