Barbara Dalley

Barbara Elaine Dalley, age 65, a resident of Royal Oak since 1969, passed away June 27, 2014 at Sunrise of Rochester. She was born April 2, 1949 in Portsmouth, OH to the late Howard R. and Mary Frances Stockham. Mrs. Dalley received her bachelor's degree in education from Oakland University. She loved music, especially playing the piano and could play by ear. Her family was her priority and she made a point to be involved in her children's activities when they were growing up. She was the beloved wife of the late Michael W. Dalley d. August 13, 1992; the couple married August 30, 1969 in Athens, OH; loving mother of Renee C. Craig Liess and the late Rachel Elaine Dalley d. October 10, 1995; and proud grandmother of Claire and Caroline Liess. Private services were held. Memorials to the American Diabetes Association or National Kidney Foundation are appreciated.
